Photography Session Terms

Thank you for booking a session with me! By submitting payment for your session, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Services

Your booking includes:

• 2-hour photography session

• Professionally edited high-resolution photographs

• Professionally color-graded video clips

• Digital delivery of all final files within 3 weeks of the session date

Payment

The total cost of the session is $880 USD, due in full prior to the scheduled session. Payment confirms your booking and your acceptance of these terms.

Delivery

Your final edited photos and videos will be delivered via Google Drive within 3 weeks of your session.

The download link will remain active for 30 days after delivery. It is the client's responsibility to download and back up all files within that time. After 30 days, the files may be removed from the drive and are not guaranteed to remain available.

Editing

Editing, color grading, and overall creative style are part of my artistic process and are completed at my discretion. Raw (unedited) photo or video files are not included unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Copyright & Usage

I retain the copyright to all photographs and video footage created during the session. However, upon full payment, you are granted an unrestricted license to use, share, print, post, and otherwise enjoy the delivered photos and videos for personal or commercial purposes. You may edit or crop the delivered files if you wish. Ownership (copyright) remains with the photographer, and the original work may not be claimed as having been created by anyone else.

Portfolio Use

Unless requested otherwise before the session, you grant permission for me to use selected photos and video clips for my portfolio, website, social media, and other promotional materials. If you would prefer your images remain private, please let me know before the session.

Limitation of Liability

While every reasonable effort will be made to provide high-quality images and videos, I am not liable for circumstances beyond my reasonable control, including equipment malfunction, venue restrictions, severe weather, acts of nature, or other unforeseen events. In the unlikely event that the final files are lost or become unrecoverable before delivery due to circumstances beyond my reasonable control, my liability will be limited to a refund of the amount paid for the session.
